Adrian Raine

Adrian graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Valuation and Property Management). He then joined the Commercial division of Harveys Kent Prier Real Estate in 1992.

In 1995 Adrian became an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of NZ and then took over the role of Commercial Sales Manager in 1996. Kent Prier Real Estate was sold to the Ray White group in 1998 who rebranded the company to Ray White Commercial. Adrian (along with the late Alan Blackadder) had an opportunity to then purchase the business under the Ray White Commercial franchise in 1999.

Adrian hales from Nelson, from a farming family background. Having traditional values he believes in service and good customer relationships. His business culture takes a long term view based on strong team work and providing quality service. He believes that there is no better investment than real estate, particularly commercial real estate.

The Christchurch Commercial office has consistently maintained a position within the top 10 Commercial offices internationally.

In 2009 Adrian and Paula were awarded Ray White Commercials "International Leaders of the Year". 

Adrian is married to Paula and they have a family of two children.
