Paula Raine

Paula Raine is a Christchurch commercial and industrial specialist and co-owner of Ray White Commercial Christchurch, with 550 sales and leases worth more than $269 million recorded since 2006. She was named Commercial Salesperson of the Year at the NZ Annual Awards in 2024 and again in 2025, and has been a Premier Performer in eight of the last nine years.

Her work covers all commercial asset types, ranging from industrial property—from small units to large buildings—to offices. Her clients include owner occupiers, investors, first time commercial sellers, Corporates, Mum & Dad investors, Landlords and Tenants.

Her results have been recognised within the Ray White network since 2008. Earlier recognition includes joint Commercial Leader of the Year in 2008, the Cutting Edge Award in 2013, a Choice Award in 2014/15 and Elite Performer in 2020/21 and 2021/22.

Paula was born, raised and educated in Christchurch and joined Ray White Commercial in 1999. Today she and her husband Adrian operate the Christchurch commercial franchise from Hereford Street in the Central City.

Clients describe Paula as available, professional and thorough with follow up. In Ray White's client survey over the last 12 months, 12 of the 15 clients who responded gave her a perfect 10 out of 10, and first time commercial sellers say she guided them through the process with confidence.
